As an Account Representative with Andy Torres State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Help customers with policy change updates and billing assistance.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and process driven.
- 3+ years customer service experience required.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
